Description
Rectangular stove tile with fluted frame inside. Oval cartouche wreathed by acanthus and laurel with the monogram „FWR“ (di King Frederick William I), above a crown held by two putti.
Provenance
Formerly the Luckenwalde Local History Museum. In April 1945, during the battle for the town, the museum building was destroyed and subsequently looted; only a few objects could be salvaged. Presumably lost during the war.
